MAR-FLEX 5000
MAR-FLEX 5000™ is a polymer-enhanced asphalt emulsion membrane. This rubber-fortified, non-toxic, water-based coating is spray applied to foundation walls, sealing out water with a flexible, seamless membrane. MAR-FLEX is committed to environmentally friendly building products, and is made from 20% recycled product.
TUFF-N-DRI XTS
TUFF-N-DRI XTS is a spray applied rubber modified emulsion. It is a water based polymer enhanced asphalt membrane. It seals out water penetration with a flexible, seamless membrane. TUFF-N-DRI XTS provides 12 feet of hydrostatic head resistance.

PROVENTION 363
ProVention 363 Waterproofing is a tested and proven solution for commercial waterproofing applications. It is a polymer-enhanced asphalt emulsion membrane, ideal for parking garages, foundation and retaining walls. The water-based ProVention membrane is a green product which can be used toward LEEDS building credits.
TREMCO COMMERCIAL 250 GC
TREMproof® 250GC is a cold fluid-applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is a rapid-curing, high-solids, VOC-compliant modified polyurethane waterproofing membrane, which can be applied to damp and green concrete.
TUFF-N-DRI H8
TUFF-N-DRI H8 is a spray applied rubber modified emulsion. It is a water based polymer enhanced asphalt membrane. It seals out water penetration with a flexible, seamless membrane.
DP 36 – SLAB SEALANT
Pro-Seal DP-36® is a non-toxic breathable, penetrating poly carbon/polycarbonate aero gel that seals, densifies, waterproofs, hardens and preserves most concrete surfaces. It will not alter the color, texture or other physical characteristics of natural concrete.

ARMORCLAY BENTONITE
Bentonite clay expands when wet, absorbing several times its weight in water and creating a self sealing waterproofing which makes for a very stable below grade waterproofing. ArmorClay Bentonite is ideal for negative side waterproofing applications, under floor, elevator pits, shoring walls, tunnels and can be used with basic foundation walls as well.

Insulfoam is a high quality rigid insulation. These versatile products are extremely lightweight and offer remarkable physical properties, including excellent moisture resistance, long-term non-degenerative thermal properties and extreme resilience. Insulfoam’s EPS is also environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable, containing no HCFCs or formaldehyde and can contribute toward LEED® credits requirements. DELTA DRAIN 6000
DELTA®-DRAIN 6000 consists of a three-dimensional, tear resistant core out of Polypropylene and a needle punched, high-strength PP geotextile with excellent filter characteristics. Fully bonding the geotextile to the core’s dimple structure prevents the geotextile from being pushed into the flow channels by back-fill material. This is often used on commercial projects or reverse drainboard applications.
